Who We Are
World Day of Prayer is a global ecumenical movement led by Christian women who welcome you to join in prayer and action for peace and justice.
In March every year, women in over 170 countries join together in a common Day of Prayer. Throughout the year, we come closer in fellowship, understanding and action.
Praying Through the Year:
May
Heavenly Father, we pray for all who are sick and suffering today, for those in hospital awaiting operations. Give them strength to face each day and a sense of peace that comes from trusting you.
Pour out your healing power on each person and restore them to full health.
In Jesus’ name, we pray.
